Yes! I would be more than happy to work with you directly if you have a custom request. I can dye larger batches of my current colourways (check out the repeatable colourways section) or come up with something new if you have a particular idea in mind.
To take care of your finished objects the best method is to wash by hand (even though my superwash yarns can be put in the washing machine on the wool/gentle cycle). Wash in slightly warm water with a small drop of shampoo or conditioner (yes – the stuff you use in your hair!). Just let the yarn ease itself into the water and then soak for 20-30mins. Pull the object out of the water and let as much as you can drain away, do not wring or squeeze, then gently wrap in a towel to pull away as much water as you can. Finally lay flat to dry. You can also read our full caring for your yarn guide.
I source my yarn from Australian and New Zealand suppliers.
Yes, just add the ball winding service to your order.
Payments, Refunds & Exchanges
All the prices in my shop are listed in Australian Dollars.
Payments can be made securely via Square (credit or debit card) or PayPal
My aim is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately. I review exchanges, returns and refunds on a case by case basis. There are no refunds on custom orders and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. As each monitor is different your yarn may appear slightly different in “real life”. Please note that I do my best to represent the colours, as well as providing a description.
Shipping & Postage
I make a trip to the post office each Tuesday and Thursday. Your yarn will be packaged up and added to my next post office run. Once your package in is the mail you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking details.
I ship all my parcels from Australia, via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post. Note that delivery times may be extended due to the current global pandemic.
Australian customers can opt for standard or express delivery.
Flat rate shipping is applied for all orders, based on the shipping destination. Rates are based on current Australia Post shipping rates and are calculated in the cart based on your shipping address.
Please note that due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing some delays in sorting and distribution of parcels.
My default shipping method is Australia Post Standard Parcel Post, however at checkout you can select to upgrade to express post (please note this is for shipping within Australia only). If you wish to upgrade your shipping and you live outside of Australia, please contact me prior to placing your order to make suitable arrangements.
Yes. All parcels sent flat rate via Australia Post now have tracking as standard. You will be sent your tracking details when your parcel is shipped.
Yes, I will ship my yarn all over the world**.
** Except for the UK – unfortunately due to the changes bought about by Brexit I am not currently in a position to sell and ship to customers in the UK.
Yes, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. Customs declarations will reflect the true cost of your purchase and will not be altered.
I provide tracking for all packages. Please check using your tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel.
All delivery estimates are business days from the date of shipping, however I will not deem a parcel lost until 30 business days from the shipping date. If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact me so that I can follow up with Australia Post.
Responsibility rests with the buyer to ensure that the address supplied at checkout is their correct and current shipping address.
Under no circumstances will Passioned Flower accept responsibility for packages which are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information nor will we provide refunds for such omissions by buyers. If using PayPal to complete your order, please ensure that your PayPal details are up to date.
